Nutritionally balanced, low salt, low carb home delivered meals are prepared at Mayo Health Systems of La Crosse. Each client can receive up to two meals per day.

Options: 
1 Meal Plan: Includes a hot meal, salad, vegetable, milk, bread, and dessert.

2 Meal Plan: Includes a hot meal, salad, vegetable, milk, bread, dessert, with an additional sandwich and side.

1 Meal Plan: $4.75/Day
2 Meal Plan: $6.25/Day
